Purpose of Role Reporting to the Sr. Manager, Global Compensation, the Sr. Compensation Analyst will be responsible for supporting the development, implementation, and administration of global compensation programs. This role will assist and support global compensation processes including benchmarking, pay analysis, and bonus and merit planning and administration.
