Purpose of Role The Lead, Learning & Development is a hands-on expert responsible for designing and delivering high-impact learning experiences for Under Armour's global Corporate and Distribution teammates. This role is focused on instructional design and facilitation, owning the end-to-end development of training programs and leading delivery across in-person and virtual environments.
