About this role
Alternative Investment Institutional Specialist II Milwaukee WI The UMB Registered Fund team manages the daily accounting, tax, audit, administration, and operational tasks for mutual fund and collective trust clients. As the Alternative Institutional Inst. Specialist II , you will interface with the National Securities Clearing Corporation (NSCC) to process mutual fund trades in the Transfer Agency System. This role is hybrid (4 days on-site) for candidates in the Milwaukee area. How you will spend your time: Establish brokers on the TA system Process commission and 12b 1 payments Resolve exceptions relating to NSCC settlements Ensure accurate cash movements Work closely with brokers, client personnel and various internal departments to process work accurately and on a timely basis and to resolve problems Other duties as assigned We're excited to talk with you if: You have a bachelor's degree OR combination of related experience and education may be considered in lieu of the four-year degree requirement You have at least 1 year of experience within the financial service industry You have excellent analytical, problem solving and mathematical skills You have demonstrated ability to work independently and within a team You have a high level of attention to detail and organizational skills Compensation Range: $43,000.00 - $82,590.00 The posted compensation range on this listing represents UMB's standard for this role, but the actual compensation may vary by geographic location, experience level, and other job-related factors.
