Posting Job Summary- Transportation Coordinator (TC) is responsible for the daily dispatch and operation of the PTI transport drivers and 3rd party carrier resources. TC's will schedule and coordinate transport orders to ensure timely delivery of propane and alternative products to both internal and external customers while executing the supply and transportation plan. The role requires on-site presence Monday through Thursday, with Friday as an optional remote work-from-home day. During peak season, TCs are required to work five days on-site to support heightened operational demands. The role further requires availability beyond standard business hours, including after-hours monitoring, on-call weekend coverage for the entire region, and emergency response coordination for weather events, supply disruptions, equipment failures, and driver incidents.
