About this role
SI ManCo Specialist with German Would you like to gain more experience in the investment fund industry and sustainable finance? Do you have an audit and risk mind set? Are you willing to play a role helping UBS and its clients meet their needs in the context of continuously developing regulatory requirements and market expectations surrounding sustainable investing? We're looking for a motivated and self-driven individual interested in sustainable investing to be part of the team developing industry-leading ESG capabilities to facilitate the implementation of evolving operational and strategic requirements related to sustainable finance and support future business growth within UBS AM in this area. We're looking for SI ManCo Specialist to: • Work with Product Specialists and other stakeholders to ensure that the sustainable investment approach disclosed in the fund documentation is in line with regulatory requirements, UBS and market standards • Review ESG periodic reports prepared by internal fund reporting teams and delegated portfolio managers to ensure quality and timely disclosure of ESG performance of funds • Contribute to the preparation of ESG Oversight Reports providing objective and independent views on sustainability-related aspects, focusing on regulatory compliance and mitigation of greenwashing risks • Act as Subject Matter Expert with regard to ESG market data and contribute to the development of controlling mechanisms of environmental and social characteristics of mutual funds • Run various projects related to SI governance within Fund Management
