Operations Officer Are you a confident decision maker and problem solver? Do you know how to bring out the best in people? We're looking for an Operations Officer to: • be an operational subject matter expert in the Market area • assist in managing operational support staff • educate all employees on operational policies and procedures • manage operations-related client issues • oversee operational tasks related to account opening and maintenance, funds received and disbursed, and margin/risk items • monitor client accounts and transactions • perform delegated supervisory functions, approvals and authorizations for the Market • report into the Market Operations Officer aligned to the Market
