Market Executive We're looking for a Market Executive to: • create a vision and business development strategy • coach branch managers and financial advisors to deliver excellent client service, drive business growth, improve retention and establish a robust local presence • set financial advisor recruiting goals, lead recruiting activities and oversee the transition of advisors • monitor and resolve (in collaboration with partners) escalated issues, including financial, reputational, compliance, supervisory, operational and HR governance risks • partner with the management team to manage day-to-day activities • manage P&L, and incorporate P&L considerations in business decisions
