About this role

Investment Banking - FIG Are you a proven investment banking professional with deep Financial Institutions Group (FIG) expertise? We're looking for somebody to join our FIG Coverage team to drive client engagement, strategic advisory, and origination across a portfolio of financial institution clients. In this role, you will: -develop and manage senior client relationships across banks, insurers, asset managers, and specialty finance companies -originate and execute a broad range of transactions, including M&A, equity and debt capital raising, and other strategic advisory engagements -partner with product teams (ECM, DCM, Leveraged Finance, M&A) to deliver integrated solutions to clients -lead client dialogue, including idea generation, pitching, and execution oversight -support sector coverage strategy, including identifying growth opportunities and market themes -manage transaction processes end-to-end, coordinating internal teams and external advisors -mentor and develop junior bankers, fostering a high-performance team environment
