Investment Banking Associate, M&A We're looking for someone like this to: •support the origination and execution of capital markets and M&A transactions involving private equity clients •run key workstreams across capital markets and M&A transactions, including due diligence, financial modeling, and the preparation of client deliverables •guide and manage teams of junior bankers and cross-functional partners such as legal, accounting, and consulting professionals •contribute innovative ideas and creative strategies to enhance client coverage and drive business growth •deliver confident and effective presentations to both internal stakeholders and external clients •partner with global colleagues to ensure seamless execution of client transactions •exercise sound judgment in all decisions, maintaining the highest standards of professionalism, ethics, and regulatory compliance
