Investment Banking Associate - EMEA Global Industrial Group The UBS Global Industrials Group is looking for a dynamic and driven individual to join our team. We're looking for someone who fits the below description: • independent thinker, who will find creative and correct solutions to senior clients and alike • strong analytical skillset, able to define, guide and review detailed valuation (LBO, DCF, comparables, transactions etc.) and other financial analyses in the context of M&A transactions • proactive and driven, capable of actively participating in identifying new opportunities and new clients, as well as supporting in coverage of existing clients with new ideas • collaborative, and able to work flexibly and adapt to different working styles within the GIG team and across product and country partner teams • client focused, and will build and support existing relationships across our sponsor and corporate coverage universe • team focused, and will help to build team culture and develop skills of junior bankers • dynamic, with an appetite to work across verticals, including industrial technologies, business services, aerospace & defence, automotive, transportation & logistics, paper & packaging and building materials • capable of supporting in the execution of transactions across products (M&A, equity capital markets, leveraged finance etc.)
