Investment Banking Analyst – Healthcare Are you an analytical and inventive thinker? Do you enjoy developing pitch ideas for stakeholders, clients and investors? Are you interested in the healthcare sector and the role it plays across innovation, society and capital markets? We're looking for an investment banking Analyst to: •develop pitch book presentations that explain industry trends, assess client options and support strategic recommendations •contribute ideas and thoughtful analysis to help clients evaluate opportunities and make informed decisions •work closely with senior colleagues, product partners and investors to support client coverage and transaction execution •create and analyze financial models for a broad range of investment banking transactions, including M&A, IPOs, equity offerings, capital raises and other strategic advisory situations •conduct company, sector and market analysis across the healthcare industry •help identify key issues, evaluate alternatives and support the development of practical solutions •prepare high-quality client materials and help coordinate transaction workstreams •support interns and new joiners by sharing knowledge and contributing to the team's collaborative culture
