About this role

Investment Banking Analyst / Associate Do you enjoy working in dynamic teams? Are you excited by the opportunity to work on complex and market leading transactions? Are you solutions oriented? We're looking for someone like that who can: - work together with senior bankers within the team and broader Global Banking to originate business, including developing pitch book presentations, financial modelling, and keeping up to date on marketing materials; - coordinate with our product team partners and sector coverage teams located in other geographies to develop cross-product ideas; - build and maintain client relationships to expand their network; - actively participate in all phases of the transaction process including financial modeling, due diligence, internal credit approval, drafting investor materials, loan syndications; and - develop a broad skill base including an understanding of a range of UBS industry sectors and product groups.
