We're looking for an Employee, IB Operations - Trade & Processing Specialist to: • Uphold compliance with legal, regulatory, and statutory obligations, as well as internal policies and contracts including Vendor Risk Framework and GCOO Operational Risk Framework. Assist the Mortgage Finance operations team in handling the daily requests for loan funding and repayments from clients, specifically mortgage lenders with a line of credit with the bank. • Validate trade particulars and ensure their accuracy before finalizing transactions with counterparties. Detect and resolve disparities between internal records and external sources, investigate failed trades, and reconcile unmatched transactions. • Address issues, introduce new initiatives, and ensure alignment with organizational objectives. Support the complete lifecycle of securitization trades, from execution through settlement. • Can work hybrid (In-office/remote). Qualified Applicants apply through [email protected].
