About this role

Client Associate Do you want to proactively go the extra mile with us to help clients? Are you focused on the details, even when under pressure? Are you outgoing with a desire to provide a world class client experience? We're looking for a client associate to: • Help support client advisors in delivering exceptional client service and experience • Direct contact with sophisticated high and ultra-high net worth clients including executives, business owners, multigeneration families and complex layered entities on daily inquiries and account servicing (general account queries, service requests, investment orders, distributions, etc.) • Assist with account opening, onboarding, due diligence and monitoring activities • Support with documentation for client meetings, business trips, investment proposals and the like • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure that all client accounts comply with legal, compliance and regulatory requirements • Maintain a client matrix for scheduling and follow up with clients and prospects • Manage a multitude of tasks in a fast-paced environment, while delivering accurate and timely results • Educate clients on comprehensive account services and capabilities of the team • Plan, create and implement team marketing events and marketing materials
