About this role

Business Strategist Are you a strategic thinker with strong analytical capabilities and a passion for driving complex M&A transactions? Do you combine rigorous financial analysis with the ability to deliver clear insights to senior stakeholders? We're looking for an Associate Director to: • support and selectively lead strategic M&A initiatives across UBS Group • identify, evaluate and execute M&A transactions and related strategic projects end-to-end • conduct detailed market research, financial analysis and valuation work to assess potential targets and strategic options • develop and maintain complex financial models to support decision-making • synthesize quantitative and qualitative analyses into clear, concise recommendations for senior management • prepare high-quality presentations and materials for internal and external stakeholders • collaborate closely with business divisions, group functions and external advisors
