About this role

Business Process Management Intern Do you have strong logical reasoning skills and an interest in improving operational efficiency? We are looking for an intern to join the Business Process Management team within Wealth Management COO in Brazil to: • map existing processes and identify improvement opportunities • develop workflows and documentation using BPM methodologies • ensure process standardization and define SLAs • monitor efficiency metrics and indicators, applying the PDCA cycle for continuous improvement • participate in integration projects between systems and internal processes • support training and communication on new processes
