Responsibilities (What he/she will do after joining UI) - Drive project execution across teams - Identify and resolve production issues - Work with engineering, QA, and cross-functional teams - Improve execution efficiency and delivery quality - Deliver projects on time and with expected outcomes Requirement (Must-Haves) - 5+ years of product management experience - Solid managements with Jira tracking system - Experience defining product requirements, features, and workflows - Familiar with system architecture and platform concepts - Able to identify issues and drive resolution independently Preferred Qualifications - Experience with NAS products and storage systems, with understanding of file systems, RAID, and data protection - Familiar with storage industry ecosystem and protocols such as SMB, NFS, or iSCSI - Understanding of performance, reliability, capacity considerations, and marketing sensitivity for storage products
