Responsibilities - Lead NPI project planning and execution , managing schedules, milestones, and deliverables from concept through mass production - Coordinate with hardware, mechanical, software, packaging, and manufacturing partners to ensure alignment with project timelines and early access / mass production plans - Work closely with contract manufacturers (CMs) to develop build plans, shipping schedules, and track material readiness to ensure on-time delivery - Own and maintain project schedules , clearly defining milestones, dependencies, and critical paths - Track action items, monitor project progress, identify risks, and proactively troubleshoot and escalate issues as needed - Lead MP (Mass Production) program management , including follow-up on production issues, cost reduction initiatives, and end-of-life (EoL) processes - Drive engineering change orders (ECOs) , manage product design cycles, and ensure changes are executed and communicated effectively - Create and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and clear process workflows for NPI-related activities -
