About the Role: Ubiquiti Poland is seeking a talented IT Project Manager to lead and collaborate with a team of skilled software developers, designers, and QA engineers in building web and mobile applications for UniFi Network's products. In this role, you will be responsible for assigning tasks, setting priorities, allocating resources, and ensuring high-quality deliverables, while also preparing and maintaining project documentation and monitoring execution. You will play a key role in driving project success by staying current with emerging technologies and tools, maintaining strong communication with stakeholders, and ensuring smooth collaboration across all parties involved. Knowledge and Experience: - 5+ years experience in product development/project management - Experience in software development life cycle and testing - Professional interest in IT products and new technologies - Strong personality with good negotiation skills - Experience in problem-solving and analyzing information - Fluent in English
