Responsibilities: - Plan and lead manual and automation testing initiatives to ensure software releases meet or exceed requirements; - Identify and communicate opportunities for product improvement; - Report bugs/errors to development teams and help troubleshoot issues; - Work with networking equipment for test coverage purposes; - AI solution implementation: Design, test, and implement AI-powered solutions for internal processes and customer-facing products. Requirements: - 3+ years of experience testing modern Web and Mobile Applications; - Experience with TestRail/Test Suite creation, or others; - Experience with AI tools - Claude, Codex, etc. - Experience with Ruby/TypeScript, Bash, Cucumber, Jenkins; - Enjoys working in a collaborative team environment; - General understanding in Networking (Internet, WiFi, VLAN, Firewall, VPN etc.); - Strong understanding in MQA and AQA testing process; - Feel for a great UX and finding facing issues; - Fluent in English and Latvian.
