ABOUT THE ROLE We are seeking an experienced Senior Employment Counsel to join our global Legal, Regulatory & Compliance team. This individual will primarily be responsible for the Americas region, but must have experience working on employment matters outside the US, as well as a genuine interest in being a rounded international employment lawyer. They will serve as a strategic advisor on employment-related legal matters across multiple markets, ensuring compliance with applicable employment laws and regulations. This is a high-impact role that requires deep expertise in employment law, and the ability to work closely with colleagues across a variety of teams including Data Protection, Finance, HR, Comms, Policy and Payroll.
