About this role

Manager, HR Business Partner United States Responsible for aligning HR strategy with business objectives while serving as a strategic partner to leaders and employees across the organization. Operates as a strategic influencer to deliver people-centered solutions that support organizational effectiveness and business results. This role leads and manages the HRG (Human Resources Generalist) team, which provides enterprise-wide, Employee Relations-focused support and delivers core HR services in partnership with HR Business Partners (HRBPs). The HR Manager II ensures consistent, high quality HR execution across the company while driving organizational design, talent management, employee engagement, performance management, DE&I, and human capital analytics to advance HR best practices, programs, and tools.
