ABOUT THE ROLE 🤹♀️ As a Senior Product Designer, Growth at Rocket Money, you will focus on designing key moments across onboarding, activation, monetization, and retention within our mobile-first product. You'll focus on onboarding, upgrade flows, cancellation paths, pricing surfaces, and in-app nudges. These are high-visibility, high-impact experiences that directly shape activation, conversion, and retention. This team uses experimentation, behavioral insight, and data analysis to continuously refine the member journey. This is a role for a designer who loves iteration, understands behavioral nuance, and cares deeply about designing testable solutions, and shipping measurable improvements while maintaining a high bar for usability, accessibility, and system integrity. WHAT YOU'LL DO ✨ - Lead creative experimentation by designing A/B and multivariate tests with Product, Engineering, and Data to unlock new growth opportunities. - Shape upgrade and value communication moments so they feel clear, confident, and trustworthy. - Translate complex financial decisions into clear user flows that reduce uncertainty and cognitive load. - Rapidly prototype and iterate on experiments, moving quickly while maintaining
