ABOUT THE ROLE 🤹‍♀️ Rocket Money is looking for a Senior Producer to join our Video Creative team. This isn't a traditional production role - we're looking for someone who understands direct response advertising inside and out, brings a strong creative voice, and knows how to turn raw concepts into high-performing content that entertains, educates, and converts. You'll work across digital and broadcast platforms, leading production from concept through delivery while helping us stand out in a competitive fintech space. Your work will be part of a weekly cadence driven by data - iterating on what's working, testing what's new, and constantly pushing the limits of what drives performance and acquires users Specifically, you will: - Own integrated production end-to-end - from concept through delivery, building effective direct-response ads for social media channels, digital platforms, and broadcast - Shoot, direct, and produce original footage - you're comfortable on set and across all stages of production from pre to post - Compose motion graphic explainers and source new content to scale creative output - this goes well beyond cutting and arranging pre-existing clips - Increase weekly output by releasing
