ABOUT THE TEAM 🤝 The Partnerships & Martech Team is one of our more impactful teams. This team is responsible for driving user acquisition, accelerating our marketing and partnerships teams, and managing the analytics systems that help the business make strategic decisions. This team sits at the intersection of Software Engineering, Growth Marketing, and Partnerships, empowering data-driven decision making across the organization by directly fueling our growth engine. IN THIS ROLE, YOU'LL: - Make key decisions for the future of our Partnerships systems that balance technical concerns with business concerns. - Work closely with the Growth Marketing team to optimize their workflows and build tools that improve our operational efficiency while maintaining an excellent user experience. - Develop with TypeScript across the stack, building user interfaces using React and building back-ends in Node & GraphQL. - Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to understand nuanced business needs and communicate technical complexity and tradeoffs clearly when requirements
