This isn't a traditional post-production role - we're looking for someone who can own content from first concept all the way through final cut, brings strong instincts for what makes direct response work, and knows how to craft content that stops people mid-scroll and drives real performance. You'll be embedded in our video team, producing and editing content across social and digital platforms while helping us reach new audiences and push the limits of what works in a competitive fintech space. Your work will be part of a weekly cadence driven by data - iterating on what's working, testing what's new, and constantly pushing the limits of what drives performance and acquires users.
