The role is working within our studio: Belka Games Belka Games is a game development company. Role Overview We are looking for a Product Director to grow and strengthen our Casual direction, starting with ownership of a live product and evolving toward building and launching new product initiatives. The role combines responsibility for live product performance, long-term stability, and preparation for future Casual growth opportunities. Key Responsibilities Phase 1 - Live product ownership (Clockmaker) - Own product performance of Clockmaker, ensuring stability and sustainable improvement of key metrics - Drive improvements in retention, monetization, engagement, and long-term product health - Manage and evolve the LiveOps roadmap
