Role Overview As an Office Assistant , you will play a key role in keeping our London office running smoothly day to day. This is a highly visible, hands-on position that supports the overall office experience for employees and visitors alike. You'll help create an organized, welcoming environment by managing meal setup, coordinating deliveries and visitors, supporting meeting room readiness, and helping maintain the general upkeep of the space. Working closely with the local team and partnering day to day with the Office Manager, you'll make sure the office is well prepared, well presented, and ready to support a busy team.
