Shipping Receiving Coordinator Little Rock, AR Oversee daily operations of the outbound shipping office Key Duties and Responsibilities: • Conduct operations in a manner that promotes safety and in accordance with OSHA and other appropriate standards • Coordination of shipping personnel daily activities and vacations • Act as liaison between Logistics Techs and management, other departments and external parties • Manage day to day operations of the Trex shipping office • Monitor shipping schedules to meet customer demand • Act as primary point of contact between Trex and 3PL • Resolve all shipping issues to ensure high levels of customer service and develop proactive shipping solutions when needed • Communicate information to different individuals, departments, and external parties • Complete all necessary records and reports in a tim
