Responsibilities - Design network solutions for TMG's automated trading infrastructure - Implement and maintain a high availability, low latency network infrastructure - Troubleshoot network and network related issues - Collaborate with other team members on new technology solutions - Work with other teams within the firm to address technological issues - Proactively monitor the network and provide capacity planning - Participate in the on-call support rotation and some weekend work - Mentor junior engineers from a technical perspective Requirements - Seasoned engineer, ideally with a CCIE, experience building and maintaining production financial/trading networks - Experience with multicast and unicast routing protocols (TCP/IP, PIM, BGP, OSPF) - Experience with the design, deployment, and operation of
