Mechanical Maintenance Technician São Paulo, SP DATA SCIENCE AT TRACTIAN The Data Science team at TRACTIAN focuses on extracting valuable insights from large volumes of industrial data. By using advanced statistical methods, algorithms, and data visualization techniques, the team transforms raw data into actionable intelligence that supports decision-making across engineering, product development, and operational strategy. The team continuously works on optimizing predictive models, identifying trends, and developing data-driven solutions that directly improve the company's operational efficiency and product quality. WHAT YOU'LL DO As a Mechanical Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for performing mechanical maintenance activities at our Industrial Testing Facilities. Your primary focus will be on the inspection, assembly, disassembly, troubleshooting, and repair of rotating equipment such as pumps, motors, gearboxes, compressors, and other mechanical systems essential to our operations. This hands-on role requires in-depth knowledge of industrial maintenance practices and strong familiarity with tools, technical documentation, and workshop safety standards. Your work will directly enable the acquisition of high-quality data, which plays a critical role in improving our AI models. By ensuring that all mechanical systems operate reliably and consistently, you will contribute to the generation of clean, repeatable datasets used in machine learning and predictive analytics.
