Senior Manager, People (EMEA) Dublin, Ireland Toast creates technology to help restaurants and local businesses succeed in a digital world, helping business owners operate, increase sales, engage customers, and keep employees happy. Reporting to the Area Vice President of International People, the Senior Manager, People plays a critical role in supporting our growing markets by partnering with leaders and teams across multiple functions. Supporting our Ireland and UK entities, as well as future expansion in EMEA, this role collaborates closely with People teams and the business to design and execute people strategies that enable growth, strengthen organizational effectiveness, and ensure a consistent, scalable, and locally relevant employee experience. Operating in dynamic and evolving environments, this role drives impact through adaptability, sound judgment, and a deep understanding of both global and market-specific business needs. As our teams grow and build market capabilities, we need a strong operational foundation that delivers a consistent, high-quality employee experience across diverse needs.The Senior Manager, People serves as a connector between global HR initiatives and market-specific needs, ensuring programs are equitable, competitive, and locally compliant across all growing markets. We are looking for someone who can help define the “right” problem to be solved, who can pivot quickly when those issues shift in response to business changes, and who thinks creatively through it all.
