We are currently hiring for production associates in our assembly and machining operations in our Ludington facility, which produces gear products for a wide variety of customers and industries. Candidates will start on our Monday through Thursday 4 day/10 hour evening shift and have the ability to move into alternate shift/roles based on skill and seniority. Requirements include: -Mechanical aptitude -Willingness to work any shift -Hands-on mechanical experience, preferably in a manufacturing or technical environment -Strong work ethic -Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively -HS diploma or equivalent This position may require access to United States export controlled technical data (“CTD”) and hardware under the Departments of US State (ITAR) and/or Commerce (EAR).
