Purpose The High Pressure Boiler Technician operates, serves and maintains power equipment and systems. This includes such items as boilers, pumps and turbines. The technician is also responsible for checks of condensate systems throughout the plant. This position maintains the systems that generate heat for the buildings in the cooler parts of the year, as well as steam used in the heat treat and bonding processes. This position maintains and operates the ultra-filtration system for the plant. This position maintains process water system critical to cool air compressors to prevent failures. Responsibilities Basic mechanical repairs to pump and boiler equipment. Check and maintain traps in boiler room
