About the Design Team We're a tight-knit team of product designers, researchers, and content designers working closely with engineers and product managers to research, explore, and iterate on well-crafted user experiences that are innovative, engaging, and delightful. We collaborate regularly through design critiques, work sessions, and presentations to inspire and influence the direction of the product and company as a whole. About the role This is a dedicated systems design role focused on the experience layer of our design system. You'll define how our system, Thumbprint, translates into real product experiences, owning the patterns, flows, component compositions, and documentation that enable every team to design and ship with consistency at scale. You'll work on a small team to evolve Thumbprint into a machine-readable, production-aligned system that accelerates product development from idea to prototype to shipped experience.
