Maintenance Technician (Louisa, VA) Tetra Pak Tubex Inc. is looking for a Maintenance Technician to be based out of our Louisa, VA factory. This position that will perform all maintenance tasks involved in the production of straws, by following standard work methods to ensure quality and safe work practices. What you will do As a Maintenance Technician your key responsibilities will be: Perform basic maintenance, repair and troubleshoot on U straw machines, extruders and Telescopic straw production line Clean, inspect, lubricate and identify general machine anomalies Reporting on all maintenance tasks Participate on Autonomous Maintenance Teams, lead teams as needed Train other employees as needed Problem solving Perform other duties as assigned Who you are We believe you have: 2+ years basic machine maintenance experience Problem solving skills Embrace change Collaboration Intermediate Computer Skills Basic math skills, reading comprehension WCM basic methodology preferred What we offer you Variety of exciting challenges with ample opportunities for development and training in a truly global landscape Culture that pioneers spirit of innovation where our engineering genius drives visible result Equal opportunity
