Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Automation Specialist to design, implement, and validate advanced automation solutions for the Packaging business, while delivering high-quality technical support to our customers. This individual contributor role partners closely with cross-functional teams to execute innovative automation projects aligned with Tetra Pak and customer quality standards. This position can be based in any U.S. Tetra Pak offices and requires up to 75% travel to customer sites. What you will do Provide remote automation support, troubleshooting, service, and start-up assistance for Tetra Pak packaging equipment. Prepare, implement, and validate upgrades to automation systems. Diagnose and work with programmable control systems, networks, databases, I/O servers, and SCADA systems. Support VMware environments across the Americas. Collaborate with Service Engineers, Sales Support, Issue Resolution, customers, and local teams.
