Job Summary We are looking for an Analyst - Procurement, Sourcing & Contracting who has experience in Tactical Purchasing to join our procurement team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the end to-end (E2E) purchasing process for prototype parts and materials. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. You will be based in Budaörs, Hungary. What you will do Support the Development and Technology Team in low and medium complexity procurement activities. Manage the procurement activities with PR with the reference of technical services components in their assortment. Manage Purchase Orders based on business need in line with supplier management strategies. Follow up PO confirmations Expedite and follow up shipments based on business needs. Follow up Goods receipt not invoiced activities Follow up Invoiced but not Received activities Manage the VIM (vendor invoice management) workflow for invoice clearing Manage sourcing event in Ariba and consolidate quotations receiv
