As part of our team, you'll work with global leaders Universal Robots (UR) and Mobile Industrial Robots (MiR), driving innovation that enhances manufacturing, logistics and workplaces across the world. Your role You'll be the go-to person for supplier quality - from initial selection to products in the field. You will: Drive supplier performance (DPPM, NCRs, On-Time Delivery) Lead NPI activities and ensure supplier readiness Perform audits (including VDA 6.3 ) and develop suppliers Solve issues using 8D and root cause analysis Work closely with Engineering, Procurement, and Operations In short: You make sure quality is built in - not inspected in . What we're looking for You bring: 5+ years in supplier or manufacturing quality Strong experience with APQP, PPAP, FMEA, 8D Audit experience (ISO 9001 / VDA standards) Solid technical understanding (preferably mechanical). As a person you're structured, data-driven, and able to drive improvements across teams using your good communication skills.
