Your role You'll be the go-to person for supplier quality - from initial selection to products in the field. You will: Drive supplier performance (DPPM, NCRs, On-Time Delivery) Lead NPI activities and ensure supplier readiness Perform audits (including VDA 6.3 ) and develop suppliers Solve issues using 8D and root cause analysis Work closely with Engineering, Procurement, and Operations In short: You make sure quality is built in - not inspected in . What we're looking for You bring: 5+ years in supplier or manufacturing quality Strong experience with APQP, PPAP, FMEA, 8D Audit experience (ISO 9001 / VDA standards) Solid technical understanding (preferably mechanical).
