Opportunity Overview Work with multiple Engineering teams in different geographic locations and expertise to get information needed to solve customer problems. Providing engineering, debug and experimental dll's to the customer and report the results back to the factory support teams. Use experience gained in prior cases to reproduce behavior when the customer has not provided all the information needed. Keeping concise updates of support issue progress in our bug tracking system. Prioritize incoming requests based on severity of the issue for the customer. Being organized with attention to detail to ensure the correct options/updates are delivered to the right people.
