Opportunity Overview • Creates and implements support plan for customer in conjunction with cross functional groups and customer maintenance team with objectives of reducing equipment downtime and maintenance cost. • Perform system installation, PM, calibration, retrofit, training and troubleshooting. • Escalates service problem and take ownership of problem until it is resolved. • Provides technical expertise and value to customers. • Provides answers to customer inquiries concerning system. • Provides hardware development and consultation. • More senior levels may provide recommendations/inputs into the next generation product development.
