Opportunity Overview The IT Technical Support role is responsible for providing comprehensive technical assistance to internal users, working alongside our Infrastructure team to support IT infrastructure, and ensuring the reliability and security of our technology environment. This position is based at our North Reading, MA corporate office and reports to the IT Manager or Director. This role includes direct support of systems operating within an International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) controlled, access restricted enclave environment and requires strict adherence to security, compliance, and operational controls governing regulated systems and data. Because of ITAR regulations the candidate who fills this role must be a US National.
