Production Planner Industrial Vallejo Cumplir y hacer cumplir las políticas de la empresa y los procedimientos y reglamentos de la planta. Colaborar con la compañía para cumplir con todas las leyes y disposiciones legales en materia de Seguridad e Higiene y Administración Ambiental. Apoyar en las funciones del departamento para crear una cultura organizacional que refleje la filosofía corporativa. Mostrar y mantener una conducta de respeto y honestidad para con los colaboradores de la empresa. Revisar portales de clientes (Ford, Renault, GM, FCA) y dar seguimiento a acciones para mejorar el Delivery Score / Customer Ratings cuando este sea menor del 100%. Analizar requerimientos de clientes, evaluar variaciones, identificar requerimientos sobre capacidad contratada y comunicar restricciones a clientes. Generar el Master Production Schedule basado en niveles ideales de inventario, capacidad y optimizando salida de líneas de producción. Elaborar el Plan Maestro de Producción de garantizando el cumplimiento a entregas a clientes. Analizar y mantener el FG y WIP en niveles ideales de inventario. Actualizar PFEP de FG+WIP y crear planes de acción para reducir Top 10 Over Stock y comunicar riesgos para Top 10 Under Stock. Coordinar juntas semanales de MPS / S&OE con equipos multidisciplinarios para toma de decisiones colaborativa. Revisar restricciones de materia prima con el equipo de Supply Planning.
