Manager-Operations Work Location Province British Columbia Description Our team and what we'll accomplish together As the Manager of Operations for the Network Engineering and Operations team you will be responsible for implementation and deployment of new technologies, ongoing maintenance and support, troubleshooting and problem resolution, and collaborating with other departments to improve service delivery. NEO plays a critical role in maintaining and enhancing the network's operational efficiency and service quality. TELUS is able to deliver reliable telecommunications solutions for our customers and ensure 7x24 availability. You will lead a multidisciplined operational team that includes Inside and Outside Plant, Network Operations, RF Operations, and Power Operations. What you'll do Establish team standards, guidelines, and best practices to ensure consistent and effective operational execution Provide leadership, guidance, mentoring and support to the operational team Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define program objectives, scope, deliverables, and timelines Monitor and track program progress, identify risks, issues, and dependencies, and implement mitigation strategies as needed Conduct quarterly audits of services provided by key partner Prepare and present regular program status reports to executive leadership and stakeholders, highlighting key milestones, achievements, and challenges Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the team Promote operational best practices and
