Role Overview Reporting to the Manager, Office Services, the Supervisor, Travel & Office Services is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day delivery of office services and corporate travel programs, ensuring a safe, efficient, and professional workplace environment. This role provides leadership to the office services team and is the subject matter expert for office operations. It includes coordinating travel and encouraging outstanding customer service, cost efficiency, and following company policies. This is an on-site, full-time, permanent position. Key Responsibilities Be a courageous safety leader, adhere to and sponsor safety and environmental rules and procedures Maintain the office condition and help to coordinate necessary repairs with relevant team members Update and maintain office policies, under purview, as the need arises Assist in the onboarding process for new hires in association with team members under purview Address employees' queries regarding office management issues (e.g. stationery, hardware, and tra
