Role Overview Reporting to the Lead, Community Programs for the Red Dog Mine Life Extension, this role provides clerical and administrative support for the Community Reporter Program. Key Responsibilities • Clerical & Administrative Support o Provide general administrative assistance for the Community Reporter Program o Answer phones, manage files, and handle office tasks as needed o Assist the Lead, Community Programs with clerical support for compiling and editing reports, and distributing data to stakeholders • Scheduling & Coordination o Schedule Community Reporter observation activities o Coordinate travel and lodging arrangements with Senior Field Administrators o Log Community Reporter shift start and end times o Ensure vehicles and equipment are maintained and accounted for o Assist with packing rooms for employees leaving the property to ensure quick return of personal belongings •
