Role Overview Reporting to the Manager of Community, Environmental, and Regulation Approvals (SERA), the SERA Coordinator supports integration, coordination, and delivery of SERA work. This work spans all project phases. This role provides support to the individual coordinating SERA and the SERA Leads by managing scopes, tasks, achievements, risks, deliverables, and resourcing. ng. It also serves as the central point for coordination and communication across the SERA function and the project team. This role is responsible for maintaining transparency in SERA scope execution. It also supports SERA strategy development and provides administrative, planning, and reporting support. This includes budgets, schedules, dashboards, and routine reporting. While this role does not replace the technical accountability of SERA Leads, it plays a meaningful role in linking social, environmental, and compliance efforts. It ensures alignment with project objectives and supports informed decision-making by the SERA Manager. Key Responsibilities
