Role Overview Reporting to Supply Chain Process Lead, the SAP/Ariba Business Analyst is responsible for supporting the analysis, design, and implementation of an enterprise-wide business process led ERP, ensuring alignment with strategic (blueprint) objectives, optimization of processes, and enabling effective decision-making across the organization. Responsibilities Be a courageous safety leader, adhere to and sponsor safety and environmental rules and procedures Liaise with teams from multiple functions, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of business needs and facilitating effective communication throughout the project lifecycle. Participate in project activities including, but not limited to business process build, requirements gathering, documenting, updating business outcomes and organization readiness sessions. Support Process Lead in gathering and detailing business requirements for SAP Source to Pay and Ariba modules. Assist with documenting and testing process flows and functional requirements.
