Role Overview The Payroll Administrator is responsible for end-to-end ownership of the payroll process for Red Dog Operations. This role ensures accurate, timely, and compliant payroll processing for a complex workforce that includes rotational schedules, hourly and salaried employees, and bonus payments. This position is located in the Anchorage Teck office with a Monday - Friday work schedule Key Responsibilities Payroll Operations & Ownership • Own the full payroll lifecycle from input validation to final posting and reconciliation • Process biweekly payrolls for hourly and salaried employees, including bonuses and special payments • Ensure payroll accuracy across complex work schedules, rotations, and pay rules • Maintain payroll master data integrity and coordinate closely with HR on employee changes • Monitor payroll controls, perform audits, and resolve discrepancies proactively Compliance & Reporting • Ensure full compliance with U.S. federal and state payroll tax regulations, garnishments, and statutory reporting • Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly,
