Role Overview Teck Alaska Incorporated, Red Dog Operations, one of the world's largest producers of zinc concentrate, is recruiting for an on-call casual Mine Operator Rotation schedule will be 2 weeks on-site with 2 weeks off-site Reporting to the Mine Shift Supervisor Key Responsibilities • Establish basic understanding of 777 haul trucks including receiving and signing off on training in regards to proper operation of haul trucks from one point to another, understanding of dumping locations, loading areas, under close supervision of a trainer or a more senior Mine Operator • Responsible for completing basic paperwork such as timesheets and walk around inspection forms which include information such as location, material hauled, load count, hours worked and condition of equipment • Demonstrate the ability to follow instructions and have the willingness to learn and advance through the Mine Operators progression • Co
